My role: Researcher
Team: 4 Researchers & Museum staff (educators, researchers, writers)
Methods: Eye-tracking, interviews, and surveys.
Impact: Research led to a real exhibit label being updated in the Rijksmuseum and delivered design principles to help the museum engage visitors more meaningfully with the history of slavery.
